All Sales Are Final

Because each product is handmade and made to order, all sales are final once processed.

We do not accept returns or refunds based on scent preference, product performance, or natural variations in color or texture.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@herbalremediesofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims. We will assist where possible.
